spotify stuck on ad 2020

If you try to back out of the Ad, the back button does nothing. If you close Spotify and reopen it, the Ad is still there and not playing. So the only thing you can do is dig down in the developer tools to 100% fully kill the app and services associated with Spotify, then restart it.
